Financing Options

We offer owner financing on most lots we sell if a parcel is available for cash purchase only, it is clearly marked.

There is no credit check, no application, no hoops to jump through. Once you have paid a non-refundable processing fee of $299 along with your down payment we will send you a Land Purchase Contract outlining the terms of the purchase. (For a sample contract, click here). Simply have the contract notarized and return it to us and you are on your way to owning the property of your dreams!

By financing the properties ourselves (we act as the bank) we are able to offer a great deal of flexibility in length of loan, interest percentage and payment amount.

Our rate schedule is as follows:

Lower interest rates are available with higher down payments. (example: 15 year with 10% down would be at 10.5% interest)

There is no prepayment penalty or balloon payment. At the end of the contract we will transfer the property to you by way of Warranty Deed and will provide optional title insurance, at buyers expense.

We accept multiple forms of payment including PayPal. Though for monthly payments via PayPal there is a 4% surcharge.

We offer a one-time discount of 15% for payment in full within the first 90 days, and we are willing to entertain cash offers.
